It's not uncommon in Nicaragua to see any number of things transported on a motorcycle. The problem is that I don't often have my camera. Today I did. Here is a woman transporting a cake without any covering. What is the ratio of success she will have on arriving with a cake intact this way? It must be good because I see cakes like this being carried in the market and down the street all the time.
